The Northeast Minneapolis Lions Community Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of a future federal tax code. This corporation shall not be operated for profit, but rather shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes.
The specific purpose of the Corporation is charitable: To relieve the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; and to advance education by supporting community 501(c)(3) charitable organizations or individuals whose need, primary operating domain or beneficiaries are within the communities of Northeast Minneapolis and Saint Anthony Village.
All donations are 100% tax-deductible.
